Tax Incentive for BOI Zone 3 project

Choosing to invest in an industrial zone offers preferable tax advantages compared with investing in non-industrial locations.

304 Industrial Park is located within the Board of Investment Zone 3 (BOI Zone 3), hence received maximum tax privileges from Thailand Board of Investment as following;

  1. Corporate income tax exemption for 8 years.
  2. Reduction of corporate income tax by 50% for 5 years after the exemption period.
  3. 75% reduction of import duty and tax on raw or essential materials for the manufacture of domestic sales.
  4. Exemption of import duty and tax on raw or essential materials for the manufacture of exports.
  5. Import duty on machinery which is not included in the tariff reduction notification and which is subject to 160-170 Baht / sq.m/ month.
  6. Transportation, electricity, and water supply for deduction from taxable corporate income from the date of income earning
  7. Allowance to deduct from net profit up to 25% of the investment in the costs of installing infrastructure facilities.
