1991–1997

We began by excavating a reservoir on the low-lying land, designed to supply water for industrial use and to serve as a natural water retention basin for the surrounding communities. This reduced reliance on natural water sources and laid the groundwork for sustainable development.

1991 — Construction of the Project Reservoir Began

1992 — Establishment of the Company to Develop the Industrial Park

We officially registered 304 Industrial Park Co., Ltd. to begin developing the area surrounding the reservoir into an industrial park. Our goal: to attract investment and transform the region into a thriving economic zone.

1995 — Development of 304 Industrial Park (Prachinburi)

We launched our first industrial park project in Prachinburi, known as 304IP. Strategically located in Zone 3 of BOI zoning promotion policy, the project enjoyed the highest investment privileges, while benefiting from proximity to Bangkok and Laem Chabang Sea Port.

1996 — Arrival of Key Investors

Major investors began setting up operations in our industrial park, including Musashi Auto Parts, Yano Electronics, and Yajima Engineering, among others.

1997 — Development of Residential Projects for Executives and Staff

We expanded our vision by developing a residential community designed for comfort and safety, catering to executives and staff in the area. Before long, local markets and surrounding communities flourished, transforming the region into a growing urban hub.
